I had an amazing stay! The rooms were recently renovated, feeling fresh and spacious, and the shower was simply excellent. Plus, the complimentary breakfast offered a vast variety of delicious food, and dining at the high-quality Chinese restaurant was a highlight of my experience.

But, good gracious, the bathroom could use a makeover—it's more outdated than my grandma’s sweater collection! Also, I swear those light switches had their own secret language.

The staff provided exceptional hospitality, ensuring my elderly parents were comfortable from check-in to check-out. Breakfast featured delightful home-grown organic fruits and live cooking stations that stood out. However, the bathroom showed signs of wear and could benefit from upgrades. Also, room service was a bit slow at times, and the temperature control was not user-friendly.

We had a Superior Room City View King Bed with an adapted bath. The room had air conditioning, a minibar, and a flat-screen TV. Loved the free toiletries and the spa facilities were a highlight. The hotel’s lift made it easy to access our upper-floor room. Staff were super helpful throughout our stay.
